| Defect | A2ZEV (A2Z) is recalling certain NACS to CCS1 Original Typhoon/Slider Lock Charger Adapters, with part numbers NC1V10124DC and NC1V10224DC-ILW. The locking mechanism on the adapter may become damaged and come loose from the NACS connector, which can cause the charger to overheat._x000D_ An overheating charger increases the risk of personal injury to the operator. |
