RemedyThe remedy is currently under development. As an interim measure, owners should have the ICM870-16A-BH5400 soft start removed from their air conditioner. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 3, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901615.
