DefectGeneral Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ vehicles. The owner's manual inaccurately describes the rear outboard head restraints. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 202, "Head Restraints."_x000D_ Incorrect head restraint information may lead to improperly adjusted head restraints, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

RemedyGM will mail owner's manual inserts with the correct illustrations and descriptions for rear outboard head restraints, free of charge.
