The solar panel mounting brackets may become loose or break allowing the solar panel to detach._x000D_ A detached solar can become a road hazard for other vehicles and increasing the risk of a crash.

RemedyThe remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed January 5, 2026.
