Hazard descriptionThe mount does not contain a secondary locking mechanism. The adjustable arm may fall from the mount if the mount is adjusted with the projector attached. There is a risk of serious injury if the adjustable arm falls from the ceiling mount with the projector attached.
RemedyConsumers must not attempt to adjust the length of the projector mount by releasing its locking mechanism, without first removing the attached projector._x000D_ Consumers should contact JB Hi-Fi by calling 1300 524 266 (Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm, Sat 9am to 5pm, AEST) or by sending an email to homeservices@jbhifi.com.au, to arrange installation of a replacement projector mount (at no cost to the consumer).
