Hazard descriptionThe side rail of the cot may dislodge from the base when it is positioned to the lowest setting or following movement or impact. There is a risk of injury or death from suffocation if the side rail dislodges and a child is trapped between the rail and the base of the cot or if they fall out of the cot.
