Hazard descriptionThe accelerator pedal return spring may break during use and the accelerator pedal may not return when released. Risk of serious injury from collision if the accelerator pedal doesn’t return when released and the vehicle doesn’t slow down as expected. At least 1 incident has occurred because of this defect.
