Hazard descriptionThe interconnecting cable used inside the headboard’s lighting and USB assembly may overheat. Risk of serious burn injuries or death and property damage if the interconnecting cable overheats and catches fire.
RemedyImmediately unplug the LENA Bed from the power and stop using the built-in lighting and USB charging functions. Contact Master Pacific for a replacement cable and installation instructions.
