Hazard descriptionThe crank arm may become loose and separate from the drive shaft on affected Cube E-mountain bikes. Risk of serious injury or death from a collision if the crank arm separates from the drive shaft.
RemedyStop using the Cube E- mountain bikes with affected crank arms immediately. Return bikes to the nearest Cube dealer for inspection and bolt replacement. Contact Pedal Group call: (07) 3861 8900 (option 3) between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm AEST, Monday to Friday. email: warranty@pedalgroup.com (link sends email) or please visit the place of purchase.
