| Hazard description | The harnesses concerned by this recall use FAST LT buckles, positioned on the back, to close the harness. The risk can occur when one or both of the FAST LT buckles break and the harness no longer closes, which places the user at risk of exiting the harness completely, falling from height and sustaining serious injury or death. |
