| Hazard description | The breakdown isolation between the input and output circuits and the creepage and clearance distances between circuits of the wall socket are insufficient. Moreover there is no overcurrent protection device fitted to the USB input circuit. This can lead to overheating of the wall socket and cause a fire. |
