Hazard descriptionThe plastic window inside the wallet contains excessive amounts of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (measured values: 2,25% and 0.13% by weight, respectively). In addition, the plastic inside the wallet contains an excessive amount of short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) (measured up to 0.58 % by weight). SCCPs persist in the environment, are toxic to aquatic organisms at low concentrations and bio-accumulate in wildlife and humans, posing a risk to human health and the environment.
