Hazard descriptionDetachment of the heater pin (dedicated stick heating part) occurs in some products during heating cleaning. — The extent of detachment varies depending on the device used. There is a concern that customers may experience inconvenience if the heated heater pin detaches.
RemedyImmediately stop using the product (Applicable manufacturing months: August, September, November 2024 products --> can be checked on the top of the device and the side of the gift box). Visit a Lil service center or Minimalium to exchange for an improved product (Check exchange locations: https://its-lil.com). Consumers who find it difficult to visit can exchange via courier service (Registration and inquiries: 080-931-0399).
