Hazard descriptionIt has been determined that the attachment part of the bicycle helmet's occipital adjuster may detach when the chin strap is pulled (roll-off test). When a consumer pulls the chin strap while using the product, the adjuster may detach, causing the helmet to fall off the head. Consequently, the helmet cannot protect the head, and the consumer may suffer head injuries if they fall.
