Hazard descriptionIt has been confirmed that problems have occurred in parts of some products sold domestically between March and September 2024. The fixed handle contains phthalate plasticizer (DEHP) at 0.25, exceeding the standard by 2.5 times. This may cause irritation to the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes.
RemedyThis applies to products sold between March 2024 and September 2024. After checking your purchase date, please contact the customer service center below to receive a replacement part. Upon request by contacting or visiting the inquiry point or place of purchase, the product will be collected and the handle part will be replaced. Please contact Pura Vida Co., Ltd.
