Hazard descriptionIf the fastening screws connecting the chair legs to the frame are not tightened sufficiently, using the baby set can cause the chair legs to detach from the frame due to the opposing forces exerted by the child's thighs and feet on the upper infant seat and footrest, respectively. There is a risk of falls if the chair legs detach while an infant is seated in the high chair with the baby set attached.
