Hazard descriptionFor products from the 1st to 4th production batches only, the finish of the lower massage balls was designed to be somewhat hard and angular, which has been identified as potentially causing minor skin irritation or discomfort during use for some consumers. There have been instances where some consumers experienced **minor skin irritation (e.g., redness, light abrasions, etc.)** during actual use, leading to the decision to improve the product as a precautionary measure.
RemedyThis recall applies only to N002 models from the 1st to 4th production batches. You can check eligibility via the label attached to the end of the product's strap (connecting cord). If the label shows a format from “N002-0101-XXXXX-XXXXX” to “N002-0104-XXXXX-XXXXX” → the product is subject to recall. "N002-0105-XXXXX-XXXXX" and subsequent models are not subject to recall. If the product number on the label is not clearly visible or is damaged, you can scan the QR code with a camera to check the product number.
