RemedyCheck your car seat’s batch number. If it’s part of the affected batch: Check the harness adjuster button: • It must click and release smoothly. • No sticking, jamming, or resistance. If harness adjuster button is working well: Keep using the car seat & clean regularly as per the instruction manual. If the harness adjuster button is not working properly, stop using the car seat immediately and bring it to a Farmers store to: • Replace it with the updated model, or • Receive a full refund
