Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the cord insulation is inadequate. The cord was found to be a parallel twin type cord, with only a single layer of PVC insulation. If the consumer were to use the lights outdoors as instructed, the cord could deteriorate in the sun causing the live wires to become exposed._x000D_ The instructions did not contain some of the specified warnings which may result in the inadvertent misuse of the lighting chain. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
