Hazard descriptionThis product presents a serious risk of injuries as during manual pressurization of the equipment, the plunger nut threads of the High-Pressure Pneumatic Calibration Manifold may yield releasing the plunger assembly and allowing it to be ejected at high velocity. The threads securing the plunger assembly have been found to fail prematurely. This can result in serious injury to the user.
