Hazard descriptionThe product presents a high risk of injuries as it failed dynamic stability testing. In the rearward position, the baby walker left the test surface and overturned when certain mass was applied. This may result in the walker tipping over with a child inside, causing them to fall and injure themselves._x000D_ Additionally, there are screw holes present under the toy element of the walker which were identified as being too small. This may lead to finger entrapment. Some of the required instructions for use, documents and markings were not present.
