Hazard descriptionThe product presents a high risk of fire as the transformer was of a poor build quality and the charger featured poor quality soldering with wires soldered directly to the printed circuit board (PCB). The primary and secondary windings on the transformer were found to be touching, which may result in a large current flowing between the coils that damages the transformer. This may cause the transformer to overheat and ignite. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
