Hazard descriptionThe products present a high risk of fire as the plug provided with the product did not have an adequate fuse. This means that under fault conditions, the product would not have a fuse to protect it from overheating. The product has basic insulation in contact with conductive parts, therefore if the wiring is moved either during installation or servicing the light, the insulation could fail, causing the user to receive an electric shock.
