Hazard descriptionThe products present a serious risk of injuries as the ladders do not meet the relevant stability requirements. Neither ladder had a bar type stabiliser as required by the standard, which could result in the ladder moving whilst in use. If the ladder were to move during use, the user could fall from height and receive injuries. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present._x000D_ The ladders do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
RemedyThe import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
