Hazard descriptionThe product presents a risk of drowning because there is an issue with the deployment of the inflatable bladder, which can lead to the breach of the cover’s seams in rare cases when it is inflated. If the deployment is not compliant, it presents risks of strangulation for the user and would not provide the buoyancy required when in the water.
