Hazard descriptionThis product presents a serious risk of injuries because the ladder did not have a bar type stabiliser as required by the standard, in order to ensure the ladder has sufficient stability._x000D_ If the user were to set up the ladder and begin using it, most likely carrying heavy and/or bulky objects, the ladder would begin moving due to the insufficiently wide base. This would then cause the user to lose their balance and fall from a height, causing them injuries.
