Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of fire as the transformer was of poor build quality and the primary and secondary windings were found to be touching. This potentially presents hazards of fire, explosions and/or electric shock._x000D_ The fuse on the plug did not contain ballast and was considered to be counterfeit. Whilst the user is using the product, a failure in the electrical system may occur, and the counterfeit fuse may fail to prevent fire and explosion causing the user to receive burns.
