Hazard descriptionThe product presents risk of choking and cuts as, although intended as a decorative article, it has been deemed that the product is potentially child appealing. During tension testing, the body easily detached from the legs, exposing nails, springs and exposed points. The springs were not secured and were able to fit entirely into a small parts cylinder. If a young child were to place one of these small springs in their mouth, they may choke. The nails were secured to the wooden plinth and pose a potential puncture or cuts hazard. Some of the required information was not present.
