Hazard descriptionThe adapter presents a risk of electric shock as it has been identified that it does not comply with the certification standard required in the UK and is an unsafe means of connection to the United Kingdom public electricity supply. The plug did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and was not fitted with a fuse link as required by BS 1362. It was also possible to access live parts._x000D_ Should a consumer use the adapter to connect a non-UK plug they may receive an electric shock.

RemedyThe product has been recalled from end users. Affected users have been contacted directly by Fiido who have supplied replacement UK chargers.
