Hazard descriptionThe product presents a high risk of injuries as it has been identified that the top bolt of the front carrier can come loose which can cause the carrier to suddenly block the front wheel whilst in use. This may result in the bicycle coming to sudden stop, potentially resulting in a falling hazard or injury.
