PowerConnections Europe to UK Mains Connector Converter (13A) was recalled in United Kingdom on 2024-11-21 due to fire. A black three-pin travel converter for European 2 pin plugs to a UK 3 pin plug with a hinged lid secured with a screw and external fuse access. The plug uses 12 Amps to convert a non-earthed Euro plug to UK three prong plug.
