Hazard descriptionThe product presents a risk of electric shock as it has been identified that there is a manufacturing defect involving the UK plug adaptor. In some cases, this could cause the UK plug adaptor to break when the user attempts to remove the plug from the socket, leaving live pins exposed. If the user were to touch these live parts, they could receive an electric shock.
