RemedyThe manufacturer has initiated a modification programme. The manufacturer has contacted distributors and end users requiring, at the next intervention or maintenance visit, the addition of hardware (circuit breaker) to the relay contactor to shut down power as soon as relay failed closed is detected. Intervention and material kits are to be provided free of charge.
