Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of electric shock and fire as the transformer is of poor build quality, with primary and secondary windings touching. The product also has insufficient creepage and clearance distances, and during testing, the solder on the PCB showed a possibility of lead being present._x000D_ The product was also not supplied with an instruction manual, and some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
