Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of injuries as the metal bends and could collapse under repeated normal use. If the ladder were to collapse while in use, the user could fall and receive serious injuries._x000D_ The dimensions of the ladder also failed to meet the requirements of the relevant standard, and the ladder allowed different distances between rungs while in use. There is also no protection in place to prevent squeezing when the ladder is being collapsed. The product requires improvements to marking and labelling.
