Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the insulation could break down during normal use. If the user were to touch the metal part of the casing whilst the item is switched on and the insulation fails resulting in the item becoming live, the user could receive an electric shock._x000D_ The product’s plug is non-compliant as the dimensions of the sleeved parts of the pins differed from the metal parts of the pins. This resulted in a distinct step between the two and may cause damage to the socket and undue wear and tear to the sleeve.
