Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of choking as the keyring can detach from the product creating a small part. Small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. If the keyring is removed, a sharp metal point is exposed, which may present a risk of injuries to the user. Improvements are also required to product labelling and marking.

RemedyThe product is no longer available for sale. Consumers are advised to stop using the product immediately and seek redress from their place of purchase.
