Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious choking risk as it can be torn into small parts which fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. As the product expands when hydrated (potentially by up to 1400%), once swallowed it may expand in the digestive tract, causing a blockage.
