Circulating pumps manufactured by Tucson Pumps Ltd between 2017 and November 2024. GBP FLO circulating pumps manufactured after November 2024 include a redesigned mains electrical coupling and are not impacted by this modification programme.

Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of electric shock. The mains cable can be connected to the pump in reverse, allowing the live pin to connect to the earth pin and causing accessible metal parts to become live.
