Consumers who own an affected fridge freezer are advised to stop using it immediately, switch it off, and unplug it from the mains where accessible. To enable replacement of the fridge freezer B&Q are offering three options: A full refund to purchase an alternative, plus £150 in lieu of installation costs, or A free of charge equivalent product, for which you arrange installation, plus £150 in lieu of installation costs, or A free of charge equivalent product including installation which B&Q will arrange.
