Hazard descriptionThe product presents a high risk of electric shock as it has poor quality soldering with wires soldered directly to other components. This could lead to the product becoming live during use, and giving an electric shock to the user. The plug fuse also does not contain a ballast and is deemed counterfeit. A compliant fuse with ballast is required to ensure the safe operation of the product under fault conditions. Without this, the plug may overheat and/or explode. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.
