RemedyConsumers should immediately stop using the recalled wireless portable power bank and go to the firm’s website to participate in the recall. Consumers will be asked to submit two photographs via email to recall@istore.co. The first photograph should be the front of the power bank with the word “Recalled” and the date written on it with permanent marker. The second photograph should include the model number, which is located on the back of the power bank. A purchase receipt will be requested but will not be required to participate in the recall.
