Petzl SIMBA CLIMBING and SIMBA PARK Children’s Harnesses, SWAN EASYFIT STEEL and SWAN EASYFIT STAINLESS Harnesses was recalled in United States on 2026-05-14 due to risk of serious injury or death from fall hazard.
