If this occurs, oil could leak into the engine bay and contact hot engine components, resulting in a vehicle fire. A vehicle fire could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants, other road users, bystanders and/or damage to property. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles should immediately contact their preferred Kia dealership schedule an appointment to have the oil feed pipe replaced, free of charge. |
