DefectThe worm wheel grease may be displaced over time. If this occurs, the Electronic Power Steering system (EPS) may not operate as intended. This may result in abnormal steering noise and greater steering effort. A greater steering effort could increase the risk of an accident-causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.
RemedyWhen parts are available, owners of affected vehicles will be contacted in writing by Honda Australia.
