| Defect | Under certain driving conditions the upper triple clamp that secures the handlebar may fracture. This could lead to a loss of vehicle control whilst riding. A loss of vehicle control whilst riding could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to rider, passenger and/or other road users. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Harley-Davidson asking them to schedule an appointment to have their motorcycle inspected and if affected, a new upper triple clamp installed on their motorcycle, free of charge._x000D_ Note: Your vehicle must be inspected even if works were performed under the previous recall (0190). |
