| Defect | Due to a manufacturing defect, the worm wheel within the Electronic Power Steering system (EPS) may have been insufficiently lubricated. This may result in a sudden increased steering effort whilst driving. A sudden increase in steering effort could increase the risk of an accident-causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by LDV and asked to make an appointment with their preferred authorised LDV dealer to have the work carried out, free of charge. |
