| Defect | On the affected vehicles, the rear lower suspension arm bolt may not meet the required specification and may detach. As a result, the suspension could collapse and/or damage the brake line leading to a sudden loss of steering control and reduced braking performance. A loss of steering control and/or a reduction in braking performance could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users. |
| Remedy | Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted in writing requesting they make an appointment at their preferred Aston Martin dealership to have their vehicle inspected and rectified, free of charge. |
