| Defect | Due to a manufacturing defect, the low-pressure fuel delivery line may not meet specifications. As a result, it may deteriorate allowing fuel to potentially leak resulting in loss of motive power whilst driving, and in the presence of an external ignition source may result in a vehicle fire. A loss of motive power and/or vehicle fire could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants, other road users or bystanders and/or damage to property. |
