DefectDuring the manufacturing process of the high-pressure fuel pump, temperature and pressure were not set appropriately, leading to reduced material strength of the high-pressure fuel pump. This may cause cracks in the solenoid part, an internal component. In such cases, if fuel leaks from the cracked area during driving or idling, a gasoline smell may be present, and if fuel leaks near an ignition source, there is a risk of fire, leading to this recall.

RemedyAfter a leak test of the high-pressure fuel pump, if a leak is found, replace the high-pressure fuel pump with a normal product.
